The Tri-Cities Triathlon Club is a community club benefiting area athletes interested in triathlon competition. One of our most important elements of our mission is to introduce newcomers to the triathlon sport. We encourage everyone interested to join us at our next club meeting. Winged Deer Triathlon

September 6th (Labor Day) 8:00 am

Winged Deer Park
4137 Bristol Highway
Johnson City, TN

A first year event, this sprint distance triathlon
will take place at Winged Deer Park
in Johnson City.

• Swim course (400 meters)
  Open water point-to-point swim in Boone Lake, with swimmers starting in waves. The swim will follow right along the shoreline in shallow water.
   
• Bike course (10 miles)
  1 loop on city roads through rolling hills with views of Boone Lake.
   
• Run course (2 miles)
  The run will mostly be across grass fields with short stretches of paved path.
